Flaw 42: Subdivisions along the Clackamas River

The Clackamas River is valued for its scenic qualities and recreational opportunities, particularly fishing and whitewater rafting. Currently there are nine Measure 37 claims along the river requesting subdivisions, six of which have been approved by both the county and state, with the other three still pending. These nine claims stretch from north of Estacada to Gladstone and total 681 acres.
